Pre-Closing Walkthrough Inspection
During a Pre-Closing Walkthrough Inspection, our team will come back on the day of closing to re-inspect your property.
Sometimes, during your initial inspection, components of the house are either unable to be accessed by the inspector, or they are not functioning. For example, it's very common for utilities (water, gas, electricity, etc.) to be turned off to the house at time of initial inspection. A Pre-Closing Walkthrough Inspection would be the ideal time to have your inspector come back to test all the components that were either not functioning or inaccessible, in order to find any hidden issues prior to going to closing.
Another example of taking advantage of our Pre-Closing Walkthrough Inspection services, would be for our team to re-check the property to make sure that nothing has changed during the long period of time between initial inspection and closing date, which in some cases can be several months.
